ENT Agency ("ENT Agency," "we," "us," or "our") operates an influencer marketing agency connecting brands with creators to produce and distribute sponsored content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you interact with our website (entagency.co), our creator portal (portal.entagency.co), or engage with us as a brand client or creator.

By using our services or accessing our platforms, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Brand clients: Company name, contact name, email address, phone number, campaign briefs, budgets, and any materials you share with us for campaign planning.
  • Creators: Name, email address, social media handles, platform login credentials (stored securely for data access), bank or payment details for payouts, and content you submit for campaigns.
  • Inquiries and applications: Any information submitted via our contact form, our creator application (hosted by Typeform), or email correspondence.

Information collected automatically

  • Browser type, IP address, and device information when you visit our website.
  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and referral source.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies section below).

Information from third-party platforms

When creators connect their affiliate and social accounts to our creator portal, we receive data from platforms including:

  • LTK (LikeToKnowIt / RewardStyle): Sales, commission, click, and performance data via their API.
  • ShopMy: Sales, commissions, and link performance data.
  • Mavely: Transaction and earnings data.
  • Amazon Associates: Affiliate sales and earnings data.
  • Instagram / Meta: Public engagement metrics and any data accessible via connected accounts.

We only access the data necessary to provide our attribution and reporting services. We do not access private messages or content unrelated to campaign or affiliate performance.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Manage campaign relationships between brands and creators, including sourcing, matching, onboarding, and content delivery.
  • Generate performance reports and analytics for brand clients and creators.
  • Process creator payouts and maintain accurate earnings records.
  • Communicate about active campaigns, deliverables, deadlines, and billing.
  • Maintain and improve the creator portal and our internal tools.
  • Send operational communications such as campaign updates, invoices, and account notices.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective creators and brands on our behalf.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to serve you third-party advertising.

Information Sharing

With brand clients

When a creator is matched to a campaign, we share relevant creator profile information — including handle, audience size, engagement metrics, and content examples — with the brand client for campaign approval. We do not share creator payment details or private credentials with brand clients.

With service providers

We use third-party vendors to operate our business. These vendors process data only on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it:

  • Supabase — database hosting and storage
  • Airtable — CRM and campaign management
  • Google Workspace — email and document collaboration
  • n8n — workflow automation
  • Smartlead — outreach automation
  • Webflow — website hosting and content management
  • Cloudflare — website delivery, security, and bot protection
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — website analytics (only as described in Cookies & Analytics below)
  • Typeform — creator application forms
  • Vercel — creator portal hosting

Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of ENT Agency, our clients, creators, or others.

Business transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Creator Portal & Affiliate Data

Our creator portal (portal.entagency.co) aggregates affiliate performance data from connected platforms to provide a unified view of sales, commissions, and campaign attribution. Access is granted through OAuth tokens or API credentials provided voluntarily by creators during onboarding.

  • OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form and are never exposed to brand clients or third parties outside of authorized service providers.
  • Creators may revoke access to their connected accounts at any time through the respective platform's settings or by contacting us directly.
  • Earnings and transaction data is used solely for reporting and is not shared externally without creator consent.
  • We retain affiliate performance data for the duration of the creator's engagement with ENT Agency, plus 12 months for record-keeping purposes.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website (entagency.co) uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential: Set by Cloudflare (for example _cfuvid and Turnstile form protection) to keep the site secure and protect our forms from bots and abuse. These are strictly necessary and cannot be turned off on our site. Our creator portal also uses essential cookies for login and session management.
  • Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure page views, traffic sources, and clicks on our creator application link. We use this only to understand and improve our website.
  • Your cookie choice: We store your choice in your browser's local storage (ent_consent) so we don't ask again on every visit.
  • Third-party forms: Our creator application is hosted by Typeform, which may set its own cookies under Typeform's privacy policy.

Your choices

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies:

  • Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: analytics cookies stay off unless you click Accept.
  • All other visitors: analytics cookies are on unless you click Reject.
  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics cookies.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, or by clearing cookies and site data in your browser.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law:

  • Active clients and creators: For the duration of the relationship, plus 12 months.
  • Campaign and performance data: Retained for 3 years for reporting and dispute resolution.
  • Prospecting and outreach contacts: Removed upon unsubscribe request or after 12 months of inactivity.
  • Financial records: Retained for 7 years as required by law.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
  • Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
